Hello and welcome! I’m Theresa Schlosser, the founder of Premeditated Health,
and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you.

My Journey to Becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

If you’ve ever met me, you know I’m passionate about the incredible impact food can have on our health. While I’m not entirely sure when this passion ignited, I do know it’s been a transformative journey fueled by personal experience and relentless curiosity. Years ago, I began to see remarkable improvements in my own health by making dietary changes. This sparked a deep desire to understand the science behind nutrition and how it affects our bodies. I devoured every book, article, and piece of research I could find, but I wanted more. I wanted to take this knowledge and use it to help not only myself but those around me as well.

Formalizing My Passion

In late 2020, I found myself at a crossroads. It was the perfect time to turn my
passion into a profession. After exploring various health coaching programs, I
discovered The Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). Their comprehensive
approach to nutrition aligned perfectly with my values and goals.
Throughout 2021, I immersed myself in rigorous training with the NTA to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. This program was intensive and enlightening,
providing me with a profound understanding of how to use food as a tool for
healing and wellness.

Turning Passion into Practice
I completed my certification in November 2021, and with immense excitement, I
officially launched Premeditated Health in January 2022. Since then, I’ve been
dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of nutrition.

Why Premeditated Health?
The name “Premeditated Health” embodies my philosophy that good health
doesn’t happen by accident. It requires intentional choices and a proactive
approach. While some might seem to glide through life with perfect health, many
of us need guidance and support to feel our best—and that’s perfectly okay.

My Mission
At Premeditated Health, my mission is to provide food and lifestyle coaching
tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with digestive issues,
fatigue, brain fog, or any other health concerns, I’m here to help you navigate your
journey to better health.
I believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond just food. We’ll explore all
aspects of your lifestyle—sleep, stress, exercise, and more—to create a
comprehensive plan that supports your overall well-being.
